We want you to love your HUEVOID mask. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a return
- Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order, and include your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Once we receive your return (or proof of shipment, depending on the case), we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible — but if your mask arrived damaged or faulty, contact us right away and we'll make it right regardless.
- To keep prices low with free worldwide shipping, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice, and we'll cover the shipping.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider (it can take a billing cycle to appear), then contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
