Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs, local carriers, or peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, contact us and we'll track it down for you.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. These are rare for a single mask, but we can't predict or cover them.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it — but a second shipping fee may apply.
